Quality indicators
There are clear and unambiguous monitoring and documentation standards in place (e.g. communication and feedback rules). All processes during the training are transparent in the learners view, responsibilities are clearly defined. Learning outcomes are described in a comprehensible and understandable way. Social and personal skills are taken into account.
