Train-the-trainer at AUDI AG
The programme S-learn aims at enhancing the trainees‘ self-reliance and responsibility and motivate them for lifelong learning. To achieve these goals, it introduces new working and learning techniques requiring initiative as well as problem-solving and social skills. Trainers were asked to examine existing learning methods and formats for their potential to increase autonomous learning. Some of the company’s training sequences still using more traditional methods were reworked. Several trainer workshops were conducted to promote a joint understanding of the programme and their own role in it.

The workshops were complemented by a systematic on-the-job-coaching of the trainers. The qualification takes around two years.
